• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Salt to taste
• Tomato paste 2 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
• Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Ginger (juliennes) 1 inch piece
• Parsley chopped ¼ bunch

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and ½ kg chicken cut into cubes. Fry well till golden brown.

Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste and 2 tbsp tomato paste.

Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add 4 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp tobacco sauce and 1 cup chicken stock. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.

Now turn the flame high, add in chopped ginger and chopped parsley.

Dish it out and serve hot.
