• Chicken 500 grams
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Carrot 1
• Kidney beans 1cup
• Sweet corn ½ cup
• Green onion 3-4
• Green capsicum 1
• Ginger 2 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
• Orange juice ¼ cup
• Corn starch 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp

Heat oil in a pan and fry 500 grams of chicken until golden brown.

Now add 1tsp garlic, 2 tsp ginger, 1tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp crushed red chilli and ½ tsp of salt and allow frying.

Then add 1 carrot, 1 cup of kidney beans, and 1/2 cup of sweet corn and 1 green capsicum and cook till vegetables are tenderized.

Now add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, and ¼ cup orange juice.
