• Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
• Potatoes boiled and mashed ½ kg
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Allspice ½ tsp
• Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
• Onion chopped ½ cup
• Green chilies 4 chopped
• Coriander leaves chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs 1 cup

Heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, fry till transparent.

Add hunter beef, potatoes, seasoning, chopped coriander and green chillies.

Mix well and remove. Cool it.

Make into flat kababs, dip in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and fry.
