• Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
• Boiled eggs 5
• Onion chopped 4 tbsp
• Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
• Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
• Green chilli chopped 4
• All spice 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Bread slices 4

In a bowl mesh hard boiled eggs add to it boiled and mashed potato with all the rest.

Onion chopped 4 tbsp, Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp, Crushed red chili 1 tsp, Green chili chopped 4, All spice ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Bread slices 4, chopperize bread slices and mix in the potato and egg mixture.

Mix all well, make into kababs, dip in beaten eggs.

Shallow fry and serve
