• Chicken breasts ½ kg
• Egg (beaten) 1
• Refined flour 1 cup
• White sesame seeds 56 grams
• Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Cut chicken in to little pieces.

Marinate chicken with salt and soya sauce and set aside for a little while.

Mix salt, red challis, black pepper, and sesame seeds in flour.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Coat chicken pieces first with egg and then flour.

Fry both sides till golden and remove on absorbent paper; serve hot.
