• Chicken pieces 350 gram
• Basmati rice 2 ½ cups
• Eggs 2
• Yellow food coloring a pinch
• Spring onion
• (chopped, green part only) 1 cup
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Soya sauce 2tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil ½ cup for frying

Par-boil rice and spread on a newspaper.

Cut chicken into small pieces.

Boil stock until ¼ cup remains.

Mix yellow food coloring in egg; beat; fry vigorously and cut finely.

Heat ½ cup oil in a pot; fry chicken till it changes colour.

Add stock, rice, soya , sauce and salt mix.

Add egg and spring onions and put on dum serve hot.
