• Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
• Chicken Boneless 250 gm
• Rice flour ½ cup
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Cumin powder 1 tbsp
• Yogurt 4 tbsp
• Gram flour 1 cup
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 2 tbsp
• Cardamom powder 1 tsp
• Salad leaves 3-4
• Cucumber 1-2
• Oil to fry
• Salt to taste

Take ½ potatoes cut in four pieces and 250 gm chicken in the mixing bowl.

Now add in ½ rice flour, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 4 tbsp yogurt,1 cup gram flour, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, salt and mix everything together.

Put potatoes and chicken in BBQ sticks and deep fry them.

Garnish it with salad leaves, cucumber and serve.
