• Chicken Boneless ½ kg
• Ginger powder 1 tbsp
• Seekh Kabab Masala ½ tbsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil1 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• FOR CUCUMBER YOGURT SAUCE :
• Low Fat Yogurt 1cup
• Cucumbers 2
• Mint leaves a bunch
• Green chilies 3
• Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Add in some salt, ½ tsp seekh kabab Masala, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger powder and 1 tsp crushed black pepper in ½ kg chicken. Marinate for some time.

Grease the grill pan and add in chicken on it.

Cook it till the water dries. Chicken is ready.

Now take 1 cup yogurt in a bowl.

Add in 1 bunch mint leaves, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and some salt. Mix it well.

Add in 2 cucumber. Cool it and serve it with grilled kababs.
