• Chicken Breast Fillet 4
• Lemons 4
• Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Crushed Black pepper ½ tbsp
• White cumin ½ tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Hammer the chicken fillet and add in 2 tbsp soya sauce, 4 lemon juice, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, ½ tbsp white cumin and 1 tbsp brown sugar.

Mix everything. Grease the frying pan and add the fillets.

Brush it with oil and sprinkle crushed black pepper.

Take them out and serve.
