• ½ kg flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp yeast
• Oil as required
• For filling:
• 1/2 kg chicken
• 1 onion
• 4 Whole red chilies
• 1tsp Cumin
• 1/2tsp Salt
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp Soya sauce
• For the topping:
• 2 cups Pizza sauce
• 4 tbsp Chili sauce
• 2 capsicums
• 10 olives
• 1 packet cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp Crsuhed red chilies

To prepare the dough;
Mix together 1/2 kg flour, 1 egg, 1/2tsp salt, 1 tbsp yeast and oil as required.

For the filling:
In a food processor pulse together 1/2 kg mince chicken, 1 onion, 4 red whole chilies, 1 tsp cumin,1/2 tsp salt, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp soya sauce.

Shape the prepared filling into small sized balls.

For the topping divide the dough into two equal portions.

Grease an oven proof dish.

Roll one half of the dough lengthwise and set on the base of the dish.

Pour the pizza sauce, top with diced capsicum, 4 tbsp chili garlic sauce and 10 sliced olives.

Place the chicken dumplings on top and cover with the second rolled out pizza dough.

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, oregano, crushed red chilies and bake at 180C in a preheat ted oven for half and hour.
