• Milk 1 liter
• Pistachios 100 gm
• Almond 100 gm
• Rose water 1 tbsp
• Sugar 1 cup
• Condensed milk 2 cup
• Cream 2 cup
• Gelatin powder 2 tsp
• Ice cream powder 2 tbsp
• Cardamoms 4

Boil milk in a pot.

When milk boiling process is done then blend cardamoms and pistachios and place in it.

Now in water place ice cream powder and gelatin powder and mix up in a milk pot add sugar also and bring this up from the flame.

Then jumble cream. Condensed milk and rose water.

Now take your mixture on greasy plastic pot and freeze it.

Now the delicious Kulfa Ice-cream is ready.
