• ½ kg chicken boneless
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 capsicum
• ½ cup tomato ketchup
• ½ cup cream
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp coriander
• 1 tbsp green chilies
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 onion
• 1 cup corns
• 1 tomato
• 2 cups boiled rice

Dice the chicken and marinate with the green chili paste and salt.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, cover the chicken and cook until tender.

Stir in the corn, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup tomato ketchup,1/2 cup cream, 1 tbsp brown sugar,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato,1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 chopped capsicum.

Cook for 1-2 minutes and serve with boiled rice.
