• Mince 1 kg
• Capsicum sliced 1
• Tomato sliced 1
• Eggs 2
• Fresh coriander 1 bunch
• Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
• Tomato puree 1 cup
• Onion chopped 250 gm
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Crushed red chili 2 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Dalda Cooking Oil 1 tbsp

In pan, put together 1 kg mince, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp crushed pepper, 1 cup tomato puree and cook with 1 cup water till mince tender.

Add 250 gm chopped onion and 1 bunch fresh coriander.

Fry well and then turn the flame off.

Now in a bowl put together mince mixture, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp oregano, ½ packet grated cheddar cheese.
