• Chickpeas ½ Kg
• Green onion 250 gm
• Tomato 250 gm
• Whole green chili for garnishing
• Coriander for garnishing
• Onions 3
• Garlic Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
• Red Chili 1 tbsp
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Coriander Powder 1 tsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Cumin 1 tsp
• Oil 1 cup
• Salt to taste

In a pan take oil. Fry onions in it to light brown color.

Add green chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and garlic ginger paste and slightly saute.

When the tomatoes are soft and cooked add red chili, coriander powder, all spice and salt and saute.

Cook the pre-boiled lentil in half cup water.

When the lentil is cooked, add green onion and toss.
