• Chicken breast pieces 2
• Potatoes 4 boiled
• Salt 3/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
• All spice powder 3/4 tsp
• Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Green chilies 4 (chopped)
• Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
• Eggs 2
• Bread crumbs as required
• Bread sticks as required
• Oil for fry

Boil the chicken with two green chilies and 1tbsp of fresh coriander and two cups of water.

Once the water dries, shred the chicken.

Mix the chicken with mashed potato, chopped chili, onion, coriander leaves, red chili powder, black pepper and 1 egg.

Now shape the chicken mixture in an egg shape and insert a bread-stick in the middle and flatten slightly.

Dip the chicken mixture into an egg and then into breadcrumbs.

Deep fry and serve.
