• Sandwich bread 15-20
• Minced chicken 1/2 kg
• Eggs 2
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder ½ bunch
• Chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Salt as required

Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced chicken.

Then add the red chili powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped green chilies salt and ginger garlic paste.

Mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes, turn the flame off and let it cool.

Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin.

Then fill in the chicken mixture and seal the bread with the egg.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread somosas.

Delicious bread samosa is ready , enjoy.
