• Bread 8 slices
• Cheese slices 4
• Eggs 2 to 3 (beaten)
• Mustard paste as required
• Plain flour as required
• Corn crumbs as required
• Oil for fry

Remove crust from 8 slices of bread.

Spread mustard paste on bread slices, place a slice of cheese on top. Cover with another slice of bread.

Mix plain flour and corn flour in a plate.

Dust sandwich lightly with flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in corn crumbs.

Heal oil in frying pan and shallow fry till light golden.

Cut into quarter, serve hot.
