• For Dough:
• Yeast 1 sachet
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• White flour ½ kg
• Salt to taste
• Egg 1
• Unsalted butter 100 gm
• Strawberry syrup 4 tbsp
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• For Topping:
• Strawberry sauce 1 cup
• Strawberry ½ kg (sliced)
• Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
• Mozzarella cheese 400 gm
• Butter 1 – 2 tbsp

For Dough:
Put yeast with sugar in as required water to mix and leave it of 15 minutes.

Now mix white flour, salt, egg, unsalted butter, strawberry syrup, baking powder and yeast to knead to make dough and leave it for 2 to 3 hours.

Then roll it to make flat circle.

For Topping:
Now pour strawberry sauce on flat dough and spread it.

Then cut strawberry in slices of and put it on dough with cinnamon powder.

Now put shredded cheese from top and bake it in pre heat oven for 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes and serve it.
