• Chicken Boneless (cubes) 1
• Salt 1/2 teaspoon
• Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Corn Flour 1 tablespoon
• Egg ½ beaten
• Garlic (crushed) tablespoon
• Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
• Eggs (beaten) 2
• Finally Chopped Spring Onion 1 cup
• Rice (boiled) 1/2 kg
• Soya Sauce 2 - 3 tablespoon
• Salt 1/2 teaspoon
• Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Carrot (chopped) 1

Marinate chicken cubes after adding salt and black pepper.

Beat egg and corn flour.

Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry till light golden add chicken fry for 5 minutes.

Add the egg that you beat and cook till it get scramble.

Add seasoning soya sauce boiled rice, with veggies.

Mix well and then serve.
