• Sweet Potato 500g
• Egg 1 piece
• Water half cup
• Maida Flour 4 tbsp
• White Sesame half cup
• Sugar 4 tbsp
• Cooking Oil as needed

In a cooking pot, add water, sweet potato and boil it.

After that let it cool down and grater it.

Now, add egg, sugar and mix it well then make balls.

In a bowl, add water, maida flour and mix it well. Paste is ready.

Now, dip the balls in maida paste and the cover it with sesame.

Next, deep fry these balls until golden brown.

Sweet Potato Balls now ready to serve.
