• Chicken boneless 500g
• Salt as per taste
• Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
• Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
• Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
• Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
• Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
• Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
• Yellow Color ¼ tsp
• Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
• Onion (Chopped) 1 piece
• Green Chili (Chopped) 5g
• Tomato Puree 6 tomatoes
• Cumin Powder 1 tsp
• Coriander Powder 1 tsp
• Almond, Cashew and Pistachio Powder 1 tbsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Chicken Stock half cup
• Green Coriander 5g
• Butter 1 tbsp

In a bowl, add chicken, salt, ginger garlic paste (1.5 tbsp), lemon juice, red chili crushed, red chili powder (1/2 tsp), hot spices powder, black pepper powder, yellow color, cooking oil (2 tbsp) and mix it well. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now, grill the marinated chicken.

In a cooking pan, add cooking oil (2 tbsp), onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste (1.5 tbsp) and saute it.

Now, add tomato, salt, red chili powder (1/2 tsp), cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.

After that, add grilled chicken, almond, cashew and pistachio powder, cream, chicken stock and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Next, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add green coriander for garnishing and cream.
