Recipe for Sarson Ka Saag

Ingredients

  • 1 & ½ KG Saag
  • ½ Spinash
  • 250 gm Goosefoot Leaves
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Ginger (Chopped0
  • 1 TSP Garlic (Chopped)
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 2 TSBP Corn Flour
  • ½ TSP Re Chili Crushed
  • 3 TBSP Desi Ghee
  • Half Onion (Chopped)
  • 5 Whole Red Chilies

Cooking Directions

First of all, add Saag, Spinach, Goosefoot, Salt, Water (1 Cup) in a Cooking Pot.

Now add, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger, Red Chili, Crushed, & Cook it for 2 hours.

Cook it well, and mashed it well.

After this take a pan.

Add Desi Ghee (3 TBSP), Cloves (3 pieces), ½ Red Chili Crushed, Half Onion (Chopped), 2 TBSP Corn Flour, Saag, 5 Whole Red Chilies, cook it well and take it off from the stove.

Your Tasty Saag is Ready to Serve.
