• Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
• Mini buns 4
• Cream cheese squares 300 grams
• Oil 1 ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste (crushed)
• Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
• Onion finely chopped 1
• Fresh parsley 2 tsp (chopped)
• Jalapenos finely 2 – 3 (chopped)
• Fresh basil leaves chopped 4 – 5

Heat some oil on tawa. Halve buns horizontally and place them on the tawa. Toast evenly from both the sides.

Mix together salt, peppercorns, balsamic vinegar, onion, parsley, jalapenos, one and a half tsp oil, basil leaves and tomatoes.

Place cheese squares on one toasted bun halves. Top with tomato mixture and cover with other halves.

Serve immediately.
