Recipe for Chicken Shashlik Food


  • 1 ½ —kilogram Chicken (whole and slits marked on it)
  • 1 tsp —Ginger & garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp —Red chillies
  • 4 lemons (for Juice making)
  • food color— (yellow)
  • 1 tsp —White Cumin
  • 1 tsp —Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp—Vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cooking -Oil

Cooking Directions

Make the cubes of onions & tomatoes

Chicken separately, then3 cut the chicken into small pieces.

Heat the oil & put the onions and the tomatoes in the pan with the oil.

Mix them together for 3 minutes.

Put the pieces of the boiled chicken, salt, and red chillies in the pan.

Mix them together for 3 minutes.

Then garnish them with Green Chilies (heri mirch) & Coriander (hera dhanya.)

Cook it on low heat for 2 minutes.

Serve with white boiled rice (safiad chawal ) and salad.
