Recipe for Grilled Chicken


  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Red chili 3 tbsp (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

Pour oil and water in a pan, add chicken to Boil lightly.

Mix yogurt, ground red chili, turmeric, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar and rub lightly on boiled chicken properly.

Steam the marinade chicken for 15 minutes.

Take the chicken out of the steamer and fry it in very hot oil until golden brown.

Sprinkled with chat masala and lemon juice.

Garnish with cucumber, sliced lemon and tomato.

Tips: Cut slits in the chicken before boiling it.
