• 1 can of pinapple chunks or 1cup of fresh pineapple chopped.
• 1 banana
• 1 cup strawberries
• sugar to taste
• 2 cups of milk or vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup of ice(optional)

add everything in both columns into a blender mix on pulse button until u see no more ice or until blended.
