• chicken boiled ( shred ki hoi) 2 cups

boil chicken and make slice

add cooking oil in saucepan keep on medium heat and first add capsicum for fry

And then fry onion with salt and black paper, after fry keep it aside

take a bowl and add chicken, fried vegetables cheese and mix well

now take samosa tape Pati/wrapper and make a shape of samosa and put chicken inside in samosa and close it by wet hand.

fry samosa in cooking oil till it golden brown serve with mint chatnee
