Recipe for Four-in-one Pizza-sandwitch
Ingredients
- 100gm —- pizza crusts
- 40 gm —- spinach, sauteed
- 40 gm —- mushrooms, sautéed
- 30 gm —- eggplant sautéed
- 30 gm —- fresh Parmesan
- 10 gm —- extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Cooking Directions
Mark a pizza crust into four.
Spoon spinach, mushroom, egg plant & asparagus to each quarter.
Sprinkle parmesan, salt & pepper on tip.
Cover with another crust & press it together to seal.
Brush olive oil on top & bake it on a preheated oven for 7 minutes at 160 degrees or till golden brown.
