• Eggs(hard boiled), mashed 4
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Sandwich Bread 8 slices
• Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Gherkins(chopped) 1 tbsp
• Parsley(chopped) 1/2 tbsp
• Tabasco Sauce a dash

Butter the bread slices.

Mix mashed eggs with mayonnaise, seasning, gherkins, parsley and the tabasco sauce.

Spread egg mixture on 4 slices of bread, cover them with other four slices to make sandwiches.

Cut the sides of bread, cut the sandwiches into triangles and serve with tea or coffee.
