Recipe for Spring Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken-1/2kg (small pieces)
- Garlic/Ginger paste-2 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Black pepper-1/2 tsp
- White pepper-1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds-2 tbsp
- Egg-1
- Crushed Red Chili-2 tbsp
- Chaat masala-1 tsp optional
- Flour-2 tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Oil-for deep frying
Cooking Directions
Apply all ingredients of chicken. Set it aside for 15 minutes
Heat the oil in wok and fry chicken on slow heat till it changes it color to golden brown and become tender.
Serve hot with chili garlic sauce
