• ¼ cup cheese, ½ cup chicken (boiled), 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tomatoes (medium sized), 2 capsicum (medium sized), 4 bread slices, 4 tbsp chili-garlic sauce, 1 cup mayonnaise

Shred the chicken. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to form a paste and spread it on the slices of bread.

Sprinkle grated cheese on the slices.

Now garnish it with slices of tomatoes and capsicums.

Bake for two minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve with chili-garlic sauce.
