• Ground cinnamon 3/4tsp, 1 small banana, chopped, large baking apples 4, Water 4 tabs, Honey 3 tabs, Cranberries, chopped 1/3cup.

Remove center from apples and enlarge holes slightly to allow for filling. Peel a strip off the top of each apple.

Then place each apple in a 6-ounce custard cup.

And combine banana, cranberries, honey, and cinnamon.

Fill centers of apples. Pour 1 tabs water over each apple.

At last, cook uncovered in microwave oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until nearly tender. Let stand until cooled slightly. (Serves 4).
