• 1 chicken breast
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup mushrooms
• 1/2 cup broccoli
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon your choice of spice
• 4 small carrots
• 1 chopped garlic (optional)
• 1/2 cup (any vegetable you like)

Make 5 - 6 cuts on the chicken breast (refer to picture 1) and place it on aluminum foil.

Add the spices to the chicken and the vegetables and pour the olive oil.

Wrap it in aluminum foil and place it in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
