• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 cup celery
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• salt to taste

In a large mixing bowl, add cucumber,green onions,onions,tomatoes and celery.

Season with chaat masala and salt.

Add lemon juice and fresh cream. Mix well.

Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
