Recipe for Fried Mash Dal

Ingredients

  • Dal Mash 250 gm
  • Ghee 1/4 Cup
  • Ginger Chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Onion 1 Finely Chopped In Slices
  • Garlic Chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Mint Leaves
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • zeera Roasted And Ground 1 Tsp
  • red Chillies Whole 6 Crushed
  • white cumin seeds 1 Tsp
  • water 2 Cups
  • lemon wedges

Cooking Directions

Wash and soak dal for 1 hr and put to cook with all the masalas on a medium flame. when water dries, put on dam.

Put finely chopped mint leaves,zeera and fried onions and ghee 1/4 cup on the top. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Fried Mash Dal is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapati.
