Recipe for Sweet Corn and Cottage Cheese Salad
Ingredients

- Sweet corn 1-2 tins
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 2
- Raisin 1 packet (soaked in warm water and then lightly fried)
- Cottage cheese cubed 1 pack
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Cooking Directions
Combine sweet corn, black pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice and fried raisins, mix well.
Cut the cottage cheese in cubes and fry them lightly.
Add the cheese to the corn and then add chopped mint leaves.
Leave to cool and serve.
