• Boiled boneless chicken 1 cup
• Capsicum 1/2 cup
• Olives 1/2 cup
• Pizza sauce 1 cup
• Mozzarella cheese 8 oz
• Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
• Oil 2 tbsp
• For Popover batter:
• Eggs 2
• Flour 1 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp

This pizza has a twist to it –– it is upside down with the crust on top!
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry for five minutes.
Add capsicum and olives.
Add pizza sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Pour into a transparent glass baking tray or dish, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, oil and salt in a bowl.
Add flour and mix well.
Pour popover batter over the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
