• Flour 8 ounce
• Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
• Salt½ tsp
• Caster sugar 1 tsp
• Milk powder 1 tbsp
• Egg1
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Ingredients for filling
• Chicken boil and shredded small cubes 250 grams
• Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
• Onion 2 tbsp chopped
• Tomato 1 finely cubed
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
• Ketchup as required
• Milk ¼ cup
• Salt, black pepper and mustar½ tsp each

In a bowl mix Flour 8 ounce, Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Caster sugar 1 tsp, Milk powder 1 tbsp, Egg 1, Oil 4 tbsp and knead with Luke warm water into a soft dough.

Leave to rise for 1 hour then roll dough into a big circle, cut small rounds with cutter, place each round in a greased tart tray, apply ketchup.

Put chicken filling, top with cubes of capsicum and tomato, cover with grated cheese.

Leave it to rise again for 30 minutes, bake on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

Method for chicken filling:
Heat butter 1 tbsp, add flour 1 tbsp with salt, black pepper and mustard ½ tsp each, add ¼ cup milk and boiled and shredded chicken mix and remove.
