Recipe for Butter Biscuits
Ingredients

- Butter 8 tbsp
- Sugar 8 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Flour 12 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cornflakes as required
Cooking Directions
Mix all the ingredients into firm dough.
Make small flat balls.
Roll in cornflakes.
Bake in the oven at 315 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Let them cool slightly in baking dish, then move to cooling rack to cool completely.
