• Basmati rice 2 cup
• Beef stock 1/2 cube
• Water 4 cup
• Minced lamb 100 gm
• Onion, chopped 50 gm
• Pine seeds 2 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice with stock cube and water till done.

In another pan, heat oil and saute onion and add mince till mince is done.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in rice and pine seeds and gently stir till well mixed.

Serve with lambs chops, mint leaves and grilled tomatoes.
