• 7-9 potatoes
• 4-5 garlic cloves minced well
• black pepper grounded
• salt
• vegetable oil
• 2 tsp butter

Peel and clean the potatoes. Cut them into little thick slices/strips.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they become golden.

Take them out in a tissue paper to remove excess oil.

In another pan, heat butter and then add garlic cloves. Now add the fried potatoes and mix. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Mix for few seconds and put it off flame.

Potato fries with garlic is ready to eat. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
