• 2 tsp chilli sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
• 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
• Pinch of ajinomoto
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• Other Ingredients:
• kg baby potatoes (peeled and boiled)
• oil for shallow frying
• 2 tsp green chillies (chopped)
• 2 tsp garlic (chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp chilli powder

In a zip lock cover, add all the marination ingredients and baby potatoes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

In a thick bottom pan, add little oil (about 3 tbsp), saute chillies, garlic, coriander, salt, chilli powder and baby potatoes. Dice well.

Tasty chilly potatoes ready to serve.
