• 1 cup gram flour (besan)
• 2-3 tsps rice flour (for crispness)
• Salt as per taste
• 11/2 tsp chili powder
• Chopped coriander
• '' tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• '' cup onion (chopped)
• 10-12 bread crust sticks (outer hard portion of bread into sticks)
• Oil for deep fry

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl (except bread sticks and oil) into a smooth batter.

In a pan, heat the oil for frying. Dip the bread crust in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Tasty bread sticks ready to relish.

Enjoy the mouth watering appetizer with spicy chutney or sauce.
