• White flour(Maida) 2 cups
• Cold Milk 2 Cups
• Eggs whites 3
• Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 6 Tbs
• Dalda Oil 8 Tbs

Mix the egg whites into the milk.

Add flour into above milk.

Add Sugar and baking soda then mix again.

Thick liquid batter is ready for cooking.

Pour oil into a pan on a low flame and slowly heat it.

Pour the batter slowly into the pan in circular form.

Flip the Pancake on both sides until light brown color.

Serve the pancakes hot with Maple syrup & Butter.
