• 1 lb. small pasta, cooked(drain & rinse w/ cold water immediately)
• 1 bunch spinach, stemmed and chopped
• 1 large daikon radish, halved lengthwise & sliced about 1/8"
• Thick
• 1/2 lb. red grapes, halved
• Guar gum-n-rasberry dressing:
• 1 t. guar gum dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
• 2 T. honey
• mustard powder to taste
• dill to taste
• 1/2 c. raspberry vinegar

Just mix the salad ingredients together, mix the dressing

ingredients, toss with the salad.
