• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 3 tbsps Onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 7 Bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 3 tbsps Barbecue sauce
• 2 cups Chicken, cooked, chopped or shredded
• 2 tsps Lemon juice
• 10 Salad leaves
• 3 Boiled eggs, sliced
• 3 Tomatoes, chopped

In a bowl add mayonnaise, bbq sauce, onion, lemon juice and pepper

Mix well and cover to refrigerate until serve.

Place salad leaves on a serving plate

Add tomatoes, chicken, bacon and eggs.

Drizzle with dressing before serving.
