• 12 small chicken breast
• 1/2 ginger
• 1 onion
• 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
• 1 garlic
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 cup Besan
• to taste salt

Blend everything in a blender except chicken

Use this to marinate the chicken for 1 hour.

Mix water with basan until batter is thick

Put chicken in batter.

Fry pieces under low heat to a medium brown.

Serve hot with ketchup .
