• 4 potatoes
• 1 egg
• 4 tsps white vinegar
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp chaat masala
• to taste Salt
• 2 cups Oil
• 2 cups Water

Peel and cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes.

Add water, potatoes, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt and vinegar in a covered pan

Cook until water dry. Now add chaat masala and mix

Potatoes in wooden sticks. Beat egg in a bowl.

Dip sticks in beaten eggs and deep fry until nice golden color. Serve with Chili garlic sauce
