Recipe for Namak Paray

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo White Flour
  • 1/2 tsp White cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Cooking Directions

Add all ingredients and knead to thick dough. Set aside for 1/2 hour.

Roll the dough on a plain suface aand spread it around so that it makes one thin layer.

Slice this layer in 2'' x 2'' rectangles Fry in deep oil till they turn light brown. Serve with tea as snack.
