• 125 grams onions, chopped
• 500 grams apples ( cored and chopped)
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 2 tsps raisins
• 2 tbsp mixed spice
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 5 tbsp granulated sugar
• to taste salt
• 6 tbsp vinegar

Add all ingredients in skillet. Bring to a boil until sugar has mixed. Simmer for two hours

When it gets thick,let it cool for sometime

Store in a cool place for two months Use as required
